The presentations will be held in a number of parallel sessions, according to the schedule below. Please note that some of the sessions are later in the afternoon on Thursday, since we could not find rooms to do all in parallel. Also, those of you who couldn't attend on Thursday have been scheduled on one of the two extra sessions, see below. If you cannot make it at the scheduled time, please try to change with somebody else who presents the same paper and inform Mats Bengtsson by email.
Chair Person
For each of the sessions, a chair person has been appointed, with the main task to keep time and interrupt presentations after 15 minutes and interrupt questions within 20 minutes from the start of the presentation. Please come in time (no "academic quarter") since the schedule is very tight!
Laptop
Each presenter should bring his/her own laptop. Make sure to bring an adapter to VGA or HDMI.
Peer comments
You should rate and give feedback to each presentation in your session, by filling this form once for each presentation.
Presentation file
Upload your presentation file (Powerpoint or PDF) here at latest the day before the presentation. It's still your own responsibility to bring it to the actual presentation. Even if the full group uses the same presentation file, everybody should upload it here.
When uploading the file, describe your contributions to the presentation preparations, as a submission comment.
