Homework assignment 4

General rules for homework assignments can be found here.

Homework assignment 4 can be found here with corresponding Matlab files maxsumlog.m and testmaxsumlog.m.

Include your Matlab code for the first problem (in a format that can be read electronically, i.e. not a scanned printout). Include also printouts of the numerical results for both problems.

If you upload the Matlab code as a separate file, please upload it before the rest of the solutions, since grading comments will only be visible to you for the latest uploaded file because of a silly Canvas limitation!
