Assignment #2: Extra point from mini-assignments

This is an administrative assignment, nothing to see here. :-)

The mini-assignments on git and Essence can count as an additional optional item for P+ in borderline cases. We use this assignment to keep track of that when needed and add a point if:

1. Both mini-assignments are passed (at least 0.75 points on git, a timely submission of the note for Essence).

2. The group has not achieved enough optional items, but one additional optional item would warrant a P+, and all other criteria for P+ are met (timely submission of the solution etc.).

We therefore will not set a point here if the entire group gets the same score for Assignment 2. We will also not set points in the mini-assignments themselves, as Canvas does not allow us to handle this efficiently.
