Requirements to pass the course
- Submission of all individual assignments.
- Mandatory active participation in all seminars.
- Submission of all groups assignments (inckuding the new project on mathematical modelling in sustainability).
Compensation procedure for seminar absentees
We have the following procedure to compensate for missing seminars:
- One missed seminar: mandatory participation in an extra seminar.
- Two or three missed seminars: mandatory participation in an extra seminar and extra assignment(s) that you do alone or with other students (who also have missed seminars). The extra assignment(s) shall be examined in writing and with an oral presentation. The assignment level depends on the number of missed seminars.
- More than three missed seminars: the course has six seminars and if you miss more than three, you have the opportunity to follow other editions of the course during the next academic year.

2024-02-16: Introduction and start of project.
2024-02-23: Seminar with supervisor of project.
