Calls to a helpdesk arrive according to a Poisson process, with a rate of 3 calls in every 10 minutes.

a) Give the average number of calls during one hour.

b). Give the probability that exactly k customers arrive within 10 minutes.

c) Assume that a call arrives at time t=0. Give the probability that the next call arrives before t=10 minutes.

d) Assume that a call arrived at time t=0, and no new call arrived until t = 10 minutes. Give the probability that the next call arrives before t=20 minutes.
