FMF3032/MF240V HT22 Cyber-physical systems' safety and securityAbout the course
Welcome!
Welcome to the course on Cyber-Physical Systems Safety and Security. We will teach essential techniques and methods for creating safe and secure systems, as well as a framework that ties them together. You can find the entire course content under Modules.
Registration
Please register by Sep 15 by using the official course registration or e-mailing artho@kth.se.
Seminars
Learning in this course will be based on active learning. Each seminar is preceded by two weeks of self-study and then has room for group presentations, where you present your insights in what you have learned as well as solutions to assignments.
We would like you to self-study an introduction to each module before each seminar (except for the initial lecture) and will provide you with short videos (typically 3–15 minutes) and reading material for that. Sometimes, there will be questions to think about, or a quiz.
The seminar will begin with group presentations and a Q & A session to ensure that the introduction to the material was clear and understood. We will try to have the course on campus but allow for a remote (hybrid) participation if you do not wish to join locally. We have large course rooms to ensure sufficient distancing between participants.

Groups
Assignments are done in groups; we will assign the groups after the introduction ("Part 0)". Groups are assigned by mixing students from different backgrounds to ensure that you can learn from each other in each group.
You will use your own Zoom room for your group work when working remotely. Assistance during the self-study phase is available on Canvas or by booking meetings with teachers.
