Course start

The course starts on Monday 31 October at 15:15 in L42 (Drottning Kristinas väg 30, 4tr).

In this course we are using Canvas for communicating and uploading course material, and you will hand in your assignments in Canvas. Make it a habit to check in on Canvas regularly to find out what's new!

The course schedule is found under Calendar Links to an external site.. There you can see all your lectures, seminars, computer labs and assignment deadlines. When it's time to do so, you will sign up for supervision and seminars in the Scheduler Links to an external site..

Course literature

The course book is not sold at KTH but must be ordered, for instance from Adlibris Links to an external site. or Bokus Links to an external site.. It takes 3-5 days to have it delivered. The book's title is: Curran, M. A. (ed) (2015) Life Cycle Assessment Student Handbook. Wiley.

Additional literature (scientific articles and SimaPro manuals) can be found under Modules Links to an external site..

Teachers

The lectures will be held mainly by Associate Professor Anna Björklund and Professor Göran Finnveden. The projects will be supervised by Anna Björklund, Xenofon Chrysovalantis Lemperos, Carolina Liljenström, and Miguel Brandão.

We will all do our best to make you enjoy the course, learn a lot about LCA, and hopefully deepen your understanding of environmental impacts of products, processes, services and your own everyday life!
