Follow the guide below and boot a machine with you own kernel. Take a screen shot (or photo if you boot a reral machine) on terminal with "OK" on a the screen. Upload the image nop later than five pm the day before the seminar.
At the seminar you should be prpared to extend the kernel i.e. you should be able to perform all steps in the chain.
