Presenting assignment 5
Presenting the assignment
In order to present assignment 5, you must first book a time slot in the Canvas Calendar.
- In good time (5-10 min.) before your time slot begins, enter the following zoom meeting:
<Link to appear>
This is a general meeting room where you can be in touch with us.
- Additionally, enter the queuing system with your Name, Booked Time Slot and personal Zoom Link. A TA will then find you when it is your time to present and call you to present your work.
Be ready to share your screen and your work. If you have a computer without microphone and/or speakers, you can enter the zoom meeting with your smartphone in parallel, to use for voice.
NOTE: You must use your KTH Zoom account, to authenticate. Using non-KTH zoom accounts will not be allowed.
Please leave the room when you are finished.
=====================
On level A, you will be asked to show how your system is able to recover from a kidnapped-robot situation or from dropping the cube after picking it. In order to test this during the evaluation, in pre-corona times a TA would sit down next to you and manually kidnap the robot or throw the cube away from its hand to trigger these situations. However, since things are going to be run online this year, you will have to make sure you know how to do this in case you're asked during the evaluation.
Check how to pause the simulation and move things around through the interface here:

And please make sure you know how to do it before the deadline. If you can't show us these situations, we will not be able to see if your system can actually perform as expected and it will affect your grade.
To clarify, you will not have to do this after the picking/placing sequences have started, only during the waypoint navigation.
