Seminar 1: Description
Critical Perspectives on Rhythm (Monday 29 October, 15:30-18:00, in 1440).
Our guest (on teleconference) will be Martin Scherzinger, Associate Professor of Media, Culture, and Communication at New York University. We will discuss his writings on Temporalities, and also more general philosophical texts on rhythm.

Assignments:
- Summarize the above readings in separate sections of one text. This summary may be short, and the goal is to serve as support for the seminar. Therefore, focus on the aspects you found most remarkable, or you had difficulties with.
- Find two-three definitions of rhythm from literature, and summarize them in a short text. Please include the references to the used literature.
