Extra scrutiny availability — Homework 2
Some students or groups will be selected for extra scrutiny after Homework 2.
Use this form to indicate the time slots during the extra-scrutiny period when you cannot attend.
If you do not submit this form, we will assume that you can attend all time slots.
Submitting this form does not mean that you have been selected for extra scrutiny. Selected students will be notified separately, normally approximately 24 hours before the extra-scrutiny session.
If selected, you only need to attend the time slot assigned to you.
If you cannot attend any of the listed time slots, use the text box in the form to briefly explain why.
