- Abrahamsson (2000). Production economics analysis of investment initiated to improve working environment. Applied ergonomics, 31, 1-7. (yes, again)
- Ivarsson, A., & Eek, F. (2016). The relationship between physical workload and quality within line-based assembly. Ergonomics, 59(7), 913-923.

Reflect over the following questions when you read the material:

How could productivity, effectiveness and quality be measured in various types of workplaces? Think of white and blue collar work, service and manufacturing industry.
When a company makes an investment in a workplace to improve the work environment, what are some examples of expected operational gains that this investment can be balanced against? Here, we want you to consider gains related to productivity, effectiveness, and quality, in addition to personnel costs for sick-leave, staff turnover, etc

Submit two reflections based on the readings. A student must have completed the pre-assignment to attend the seminar and workshop.
