Second Sprint Review, Demo and Retrospective
On Thursday, 17 April 2025, we will have the second Sprint Review, Demo and Retrospective. Attendance is obligatory for all teams.
- 8:05-8:55: Sprint Review for all teams, in the team rooms.
- 9:00-9:15: Teams in room Ka-205, please prepare the room for a Sprint Demo.
- 9:15-11:00 (including breaks): Sprint Demo, two parallel sessions. The detailed schedule is shown below.
- Rest of the day: Lunch, sprint retrospectives, slack time, restoring furniture.
Before you go home on 17 April, restore the furniture in rooms Ka-205 and Ka-210 to standard positions. The movable whiteboard in Ka-205 must be shifted out of the way, towards the back wall.
All teams, please move time reports, power extension cords and other loose items into your locker. Please take photos of your Scrum board, and of your whiteboard notes (if any). You will be away for two weeks. Things could happen in the rooms during this time.

We will have two shorter sessions in parallel. Otherwise, the format will be similar to the first sprint demo - see the Canvas page First Sprint Review, Demo and Retrospective.

Before or after the Sprint Demo, each team conducts an Internal Sprint Review. Please see the book, page 80-82. The recommended time for the internal sprint review is 50 minutes. Please make sure that the team takes a break after the internal sprint review.
All teams, please schedule your Sprint Retrospectives for some time after 11:00. The recommended length for a Sprint Retrospective in this course is 55 minutes.
