Lecture 6: Projective varieties I

In this lecture we provide the projective space with a topology compatible with the Zariski topology on its affine charts.

We are then going to define projective varieties and see the projective Nullstellensatz.

We also introduce graded rings and (de)homogenization of polynomials.
