Two common ways of asking what time it is:

Hur mycket är klockan? (What time is it?)

Vad är klockan? (What time is it?)

Klockan är 12. Det är midnatt. (It's 12 pm. It's midnight.)

Klockan är 12. Det är mitt på dagen. (It's 12 am. It's noon.)
