The final report aims at suggesting the most cost efficient mitigation strategy for your studied case. But there is more to the world than cost efficiency. So in addition to the final report a self reflection on the report is also requested. In this document you should:
- Describe 3 things (assumptions, arguments, scoping, etc.) in your report that would risk introducing discrimination in any form (in your fictive organization).
- Describe up to 3 examples from the course material (including everything; lectures, slides, written material, videos, etc.) that either felt discriminating or could easily have done so if the circumstances were just slightly different.)
There are seven grounds for discriminationLinks to an external site. mentioned in Swedish law: sex, transgender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or other belief, disability, sexual orientation, and age.
In addition you should briefly report on your experiences with the tools you used. Cover:
- What tools did you use and for what?
- What worked well and not? (2-3 things each)
- What are recommendations for next year's students and for the teachers in relation to the tools?
This reflection does not have to follow the structure of a formal report but can be written as a simple memo. It should however be able to understand on its own. There are no upper or lower limits on length of the document.
The reflection is graded Pass/Fail.
