How to get help with labs

Use the Discussions feature. Post your question and you will eventually get an answer.

During lab sessions

To get help during the lab sessions (see your schedule for when they are), you should do the following.

Set up Zoom Links to an external site. and host a new meeting (see fig. 1). In the meeting room, select “Participants” at the bottom of the screen and find the “Invite” button (see fig. 2). Then click “Copy invite link” (see fig. 3).

Head to the help queue. Use the invite link as the location and hit “join queue” to join the queue to wait for help (see fig. 4). When it’s your turn, a tutor will join your Zoom meeting.

Help after the course

After the course (i.e. after the first three weeks of the semester), help within the course is limited to other students replying in the Canvas forum. But you can find help from the tutors of Allmänhandledningen.
