Getting help
There are different ways to get help:
From your TA
Once you have been allocated your TA, they will create a Slack or Discord channel and invite you. This will be your main place to have your questions answered. Groups are organised during the first weeks of study and you will be notified by your TA who they are.
During Laboration
To get one-on-one help during the labtime, do the following...
For remote support:
1) Create your own Zoom room and copy the link
2) Goto http://queue.csc.kth.se/Queue/INDA and join the queue
3) Paste the zoom link into the location field
4) Wait for a TA to help
For on campus support:
1) Go to the schedule computer lab
2) Goto http://queue.csc.kth.se/Queue/INDA and join the queue
3) Copy the lab and computer number into the location field
4) Wait for a TA to help
Outside Laboration
Sometimes labs can be busy and you have to wait, or you have a problem after the lab time. We have an issue tracker for the course that TAs will check on a regular basis. Note this is a public issue tracker that all on the course can see, but we do support anonymous posting (see instructions on repo).

There is general help most weekdays at 11-13 and 17-20. They can answer general programming questions but not specific course questions. Their schedule and help queue is available here.
Contact Ric
If you have an issue that is not addressable to your TA or the Laboration, such as problems, absence, or other worries, then please get in touch with me by direct email. Please do not use the Canvas messaging feature as it hides your email address which we use to locate your repos. Please use this email: glassey@kth.se if you do not get and answer, feel free to email a reminder in the original unanswered thread.
