This lecture explores the effects of single-qubit operations like NOT, and PHASE on multi-qubit registers. These operations are applied to specific operator pairs corresponding to the targeted qubit. Thinking in terms of operator pairs aids in visualizing these transformations.

NOT operations involving circle-swapping actions.  We also discuss reading qubits within multi-qubit registers, determining probabilities based on squared magnitudes of circles, and understanding compatibility between states and desired outcomes.
