1.7 - No COPY on QPU - Non-cloning Theory

There is no way of copying some state partway through a quantum computation without determining what it is. This constraint arises due to the fundamental laws of physics governing our qubits. No QPU will ever implement a COPY instruction. As a result, the = operator cannot be used to assign one qubit-based value to another.
