• To run Jupiter notebooks presented in the lectures you need stablerank software. Note that stablerank software is to be used only for activities related  to TDA WASP course 2023.  All the files, including Jupiter notebooks, stable rank software, needed data are places in the folder Software in the Files of this course. Note that the folder stablerank needs to be places in the same directory where the Jupiter notebooks are placed.
• There are two Jupiter notebooks describing how to use some methods in srank software. These notebooks are srank_example.ipynb Download srank_example.ipynb and rtorf_examples.ipynb Download rtorf_examples.ipynb
