Queuing systems, theory and problem solving - self study

In this class we define what queuing systems are. We also introduce some very important theorems and concepts that are needed for analyzing queuing systems, the PASTA property and Little's theorem. We also review the z-tranform and the Laplace transform that we will need in the coming lectures.
