Regarding the Time budget

This is a 15 credit course. 15 credits is supposed to represent 10 weeks of full time work, which is 400h. 
You might argue that 15 credits is supposed to be 50% of full time, that is 20h per week. At this pace it would take you 20 weeks to accumulate 400h. The course runs from week 3 to week 23 giving those 20 weeks. However, if you choose not to work on the course during the exam weeks it will be more than 20h in some other weeks.
