Safety or security incident report

Write a one-page report on a recent safety or security incident.

Use at least three sources, reference them at the end of the report.

Consider

• the (potential) effect/impact of the security incident,
• how it happened,
• how it was detected,
• handled (resolved),
• communicated (to specialists/researchers/public authorities/the public),
• and fixed (or not fixed).

To pass:

• Report is within 1–1.5 pages (500–700 words),
• covers each topic,
• is coherent, and
• uses >=3 sources from inside and outside the affected organization.

If information on some topics (or inside information) is not available, give at least three sources showing no such information. (You can use any type of source, i.e., newspaper articles, academic papers, books, blogs, official press releases, etc.)
