How to get started

Check the material of the first lecture, in the Intro.

Review your Canvas notification settings to match your needs. Ensure that Announcement is set to "Notify me right away" as this is how we update you on urgent changes in the course.

Basic setup

In this course, you will get an overview of privacy topics, via lectures (videos, flipped classroom), readings, a seminar group work where you explore a specific privacy topic of your choice, select research papers for the class to read, design a quiz and discussion, give a presentation, review and write a report.

Due to the pandemic and the nature of the course, the classes will be fully online and remote, but with some synchronous activities (flipped classroom or lectures, seminars). Please ignore the rooms showing up on the schedule for now, we might use them later for presenters.
