Examination

There will be an oral exam at the end of the course. Grades for the exam are (A,B,C,D,E,Fx,F). To qualify for the oral exam you will be required to pass the homework assignments. Before the oral exam you will get a week to solve exercise on the final sheet which you will have to submit a day before the exam.  

The oral exam will be 30mins and you can choose your time by clicking on the following doodle (possible dates: January 12, 13 and 14):

The following are the rules for these assignment:

  • There are 8 biweekly homework assignments.
  • To qualify for the oral exam you need to have passed 6 out of 8 assignments.
  • Homework assignments are to be submitted online via Canvas in pdf format. Please make sure you upload readable documents!
  • You upload the assignments here. 
  • You are allowed to work and discuss in groups, but you will be required to write down the solutions individually in your own wording. 

For the oral exam the following rules apply: 

  • The oral exam is individual  and takes 30mins

  •  When you login you will be placed in a waiting room and I will let you at your scheduled time.

     

  •  The oral exam will be automatically recorded. This is just for my own records and in case you may disagree with the final grade. The recording will not be shared with anyone else and deleted after due time. If you do not wish to be recorded then you should let me know before the exam.

     

  •  You will receive the final grade via Ladok.
