Last Sprint Demo and Retrospective

This page describes plans for the end of the last sprint, Tuesday 18 May 2021.

Sprint Demo

The Sprint Demo will be in English. Plan your demo to take about 5 minutes, and then leave room for questions. Focus on demonstrating what the product can do.

All team-members should prepare to do the demo. Just before each separate presentation, the teacher will randomly select one team-member to present for the team.

Sprint Retrospectives

For this final retrospective, please focus on what to remember for future projects. Which ways of working should you keep, because they worked well in your team? Which ways of working should you avoid? Are there any of the recommended Practices and Tools that you didn't try, but left for future projects?

All team members should make individual notes. These notes will be of help for the Individual Project Reflection that each student will submit before the end of May.

Sprint retrospectives are held in each team's Zoom room. All teams have their retrospective at 13:05-14:00, without teacher guidance.
