Re-exam Virtual Poster Session

Plan for the Virtual Re-Exam Poster Session:

We will divide all the groups into 2 subsets (on Monday I will sort out the exact number when I get final numbers). Each will have its own zoom meeting. Each meeting will be chaired by me. The video presentations will be shown by me by sharing my screen and thus I will have to have access to the video for everyone's presentation (see "Make your group's video available to me" section below for more details).

Overview of the session:

The first group will start their presentations on the hour.
Please ensure at least one member of your group is present a few minutes before the session begins to help with any potential trouble shooting. I will give instructions and a running order for the presentations.
Mail me before the meeting if you have a valid request for when you want to present.
Video presentations will be >= 4 minutes long. Then we will have a few minutes for questions (mainly from peer review group).

Schedule for the zoom meetings

For the Re-exam Poster Session each project group has been assigned to a zoom meeting chaired by me. Please check which zoom meeting you have been assigned to. The first meeting will start at 09:00 and the second at 10:00:

Make your group's video available to me

Please make a video and name at as Group_###_video.mp4 where ### is the number of your group (the video file format is not important as long as it is a popular playable format)

If you have recorded your video via Canvas then you don't have to do anything.
