This is where your group uploads your project proposal as specified in Part 1 of the assignment description.

When your group has uploaded your submission, the contact person and only him/her sends an email to both patric@kth.se and bob@control.lth.se with the subject "WASP AS2 2020 Furhat proposal Group X" to notify us so that we can give you feedback on submissions before the deadline.
