Make up routines

The 2-day sessions bring all students together from all universities. They are an opportunity to meet new people and strengthen the WASP network. The meetings take two full days from people's schedules.

Actions required:

• Reach out to a minimum of three WASP-AS students that you do not know and which are not from your university and interview / talk to them over Skype, Zoom, Hangout, etc. They should be from a field outside your area.
• Write up a report about what you learned about the work that they do and submit in Canvas. The report should make it very clear that you actually talked to the people. For each person you talked to, the report should give a brief introduction to the general field of study of the student and what the student does more specifically including some key references.

The local examination sessions are meant to check that participants have acquired the desired knowledge. 

Actions required:

• Attend extra local examination session to be agreed upon with local contact person. It is your responsibility to coordinate this. Expect it to be one session at the end of the course for all missed sessions attending by all people that need to make up. 
• You are expected to have prepared for this session as for the actual examination session and be able to defend your solution.

Actions required:

• For each assignment there will be an extra task listed for those that are late. An assignment that is submitted after the deadline is not considered complete unless this extra task has been completed.
