- Choose the TA you would like to book a session with. You can consult the Profile of TAs to see their research interests and expertise with deep learning frameworks.
- Under Syllabus , find the date of the help session and corresponding TA.
- Once you pick a day and TA, you can select a time slot
Once a session is booked, it will appear in your course calendar.
Joining a help session
When your booked time slot is about to start:
- In the left menu of the course, open Online Help Sessions
- Under "Online Help Sessions" find the entry matching the date of the help session and the name of the TA. The entry contains a link pointing to the Zoom meeting with the TA.
Please note that, in order to keep the management of Zoom meeting rooms as simple as possible, only a single entry is listed for each day and each TA, irrespective of time slots. Hence, to enter a help session, you have to click on the link corresponding to the day and TA you booked a slot with. - When you enter the Zoom meeting, you will be automatically placed in a waiting room. The TA will manually admit you (and your project group members) to the help session once your booked time-slot starts. Importantly, please allow for a few minutes for the previous help session to finish.
- When the help session is over, click on "Leave Meeting" in the bottom right corner.
