[slide502] And then they did something really clever. They introduced a market called HotDispatch. So that now you could take your services and you could announce them in this market and basically have a trading place for services. Now this is in 2002, long before the Apple Play Store, Google Play, etc. these kinds of things. Because they recognized having a market is good for everyone who wants to offer services. Otherwise, it is very hard to find your customers.
