[slide501] Anne Smith wrote a book called Thinking Outside the “Talk” Box: Building Productivity-Boosting Applications [for Your Cisco IP Phones] And one of the very clever things they did here was they released a software development kit and a CD that included a complete simulator for the system. Which meant you could build your applications and try them out without even having one of their IP telephony systems.
