[slide485] So how can we build such a system? Well the trick is we can get best of breed of each of the subsystems we want, and we simply interconnect them with an IP network. So now we can go and we can say, oh, we want text-to-speech, we go and buy the best text-to-speech server that we can, we plug it into our network. We want to do ENUM, we buy an ENUM server. We want interactive voice response; we get an IVR server. And that's a huge change. Because previously, if you built one of these systems, what did you get? One big box that did everything - that was all prebuilt by the vendor and the software was basically welded together. In this model, we put it together more like tinker toys were configured it the way we want. It seems like a good idea. Right?
