[slide393] There's also a lot of controversy about the Data Retention Act keeping these records. And of course there's a Finnish and Swedish model that differ. In Sweden, the government requires the operators to keep it, and they pay them whenever they have to access it. In Finland, the government pays them to keep the data, and then when they want to access it, they don't have to pay.
