[slide353] So there's an article that you can read by this set of authors called "Network Control and Engineering for Quality of Service." And I think that it will show you that this whole area about user preferences is much more complex than one imagines. And again, the devil's in the details. At the surface, it seems really easy. We just match them up. Right? Reject the things that we don't want, except the others. But to actually build it in a suitable fashion is harder.
