[slide335] Now, the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology, NIST, built a set of Java services, including a Java Jain, a Jain SIP implementation, so it's publicly available. You can go to jsipjava.net and get it. Proxies, instant messaging, clients, etc., etc. And since they're a U.S. government agency, all the software's in the public domain. People have used that before.
