Afternoon

So we'll get started this afternoon by talking about the calling and called features. And it's important to distinguish between these two because the calling features, those are the things you can decide upon when you make a call. So an active, such as call blocking or call return. And the called feature, those choices have to be made by the target of the call, which means they have to be made in advance. So if you want to have call screening, I don't want to have calls or I want to set up a call for it, I have to do that before the call actually arrives.
