[slide56] TeliaSonera introduced broadband telephony in 2004, and a startup company called Hotsip, bought by Oracle, was one of the first to do this, and the customers got a telephone number from the city code of 075. It looked like one big network. No matter where you were, you looked as if you were in an exchange, 075. They didn't support pay calls to 0900 numbers, and today, basically, once you get above 128 kilobits per second, there's no problem supporting voice over IP.
