We can even get the source code. So here we see how we can get a Debian, Red Hat, SuSE, Ubuntu, etc.  We notice is that the SuSE releases very very old, and the reason for that is that since SuSE 11.3, R is actually included in OpenSuSE release, so there isn't any need to specially downloaded it from one of the sites - as it's already there. Just say that you want to use that package.
