RSS feed from DiVA to Zotero

One can automate getting new items that have been added to a user's set of publications in DiVA by using the Create Feeds functionality of DiVA - see http://kth.diva-portal.org/smash/builder.jsf?dswid=807&searchType=FEED Links to an external site.

For example filling in a value for "Person, id", such as u1d13i2c  (the KTHID for the user Gerald Q. Maguire Jr.)  and then checking the kinds of publications that you want, such as shown below - can be used to generate an RSS feed:

Generating a DiVA feed for a user

In this case the feed is

http://kth.diva-portal.org/smash/export.jsf?format=rss&addFilename=true&aq=[[{"personId":"u1d13i2c"}]]&aqe=[]&aq2=[[{"publicationTypeCode":["bookReview","dissertation","review","comprehensiveDoctoralThesis","article","monographDoctoralThesis","artisticOutput","comprehensiveLicentiateThesis","book","monographLicentiateThesis","chapter","manuscript","collection","other","conferencePaper","patent","conferenceProceedings","report","dataset"]}]]&onlyFullText=false&noOfRows=5000&sortOrder=title_sort_asc&sortOrder2=title_sort_asc Links to an external site.

You can now specify this as a feed in Zotero (see the directions at https://www.zotero.org/support/feeds Links to an external site.)- this will give you a new feed at the bottom of your Zotero client, as shown below:

You can now add these publications to one of your Zotero collections.
