DiVA - overview

Digitala vetenskapliga arkivet, (DIVA) Links to an external site. is an archive for theses, dissertations, and reports from a number of Nordic universities. The KTH Publication Database DiVA Links to an external site. contains information about content produced by authors associated with KTH. 

It has a search graphical user interface (GUI) at http://kth.diva-portal.org/smash/search.jsf?dswid=-9707 Links to an external site. and an administrative interface at https://kth.diva-portal.org/dream/info.jsf Links to an external site. (Note that you have to be logged in as a KTH user to see the administrative interface).

DiVA has a rather good wiki with documentation and it should not be that difficult to an an API to DREAM (the system that provides their GUI) (See https://wiki.epc.ub.uu.se/display/divainfo/Arkitektur Links to an external site.).

There is (currently) no command line interface for uploading, but there is the ability to import a number of different types of files containing references.  See https://kth.diva-portal.org/dream/import/importList.jsf  Links to an external site.The choice of format is: ISIS, PubMed XML, Endnote XML, MODS V3, Bibtex, BibLaTex, and RIS.
